Gardner - R.N., MS
A passionate health practitioner with a variety of
approaches, Carol Gardner is a gifted coach - assisting
women in the discovery of their inner strength, to
support a life of optimal health, vitality, and deep
sense of inner peace. Carol is a Licensed Registered
Professional Nurse with a Masters of Science Degree
in Health Services Management. She is also a Level
3 Healing Touch and Reiki 1 practitioner. She has
extensive studies in Holistic Medicine and Complementary
Therapies including the Omega Institute, Wellness
and Preventative Medicine, Environmental Medicine,
and Mindful Meditation.
Tanya
Rigney - LMT
Tanya
Rigney, founder of Soul Priorities, is a personal
testament to living the life of your soul purpose
and therefore having an abundant life on all fronts.
She graduated from the Swedish Institute in Manhattan,
a prestigious school for massage therapy established
in 1916. As a New York State Licensed Massage Therapist,
she has specialized and practiced medical massage,
Deep Tissue, Sports and Swedish massage for over 10
years. Tanya also studied Kinesiology, the study of
anatomy and movement, at the University of Northern
Colorado. She is also a seasoned yoga practitioner
and teacher.

Susan Schultz
Susan received her nursing education at Misericordia
Hospital School of Nursing, Bronx, NY; her Bachelor's
Degree in Social Science and Allied Health from The
College of St Rose, Albany NY; and MA in Theology
with concentration in Pastoral Ministry from St. Bernard's
Institute, Albany and Rochester, NY. She has worked
as an RN, a social worker, a Pastor and, for the last
10 years, Home Care Chaplain at Community Hospice
in Rensselaer County, NY. She also directs retreats
and does spiritual direction. Susan was widowed young
and the experience of Hospice with her late husband
changed her spirituality forever. She believes in
the sacredness, absurdity and revelation of every
day life and find profound peace in nature. She is
always in awe of the rich lessons to be learned as
we watch life unfold.
Elenie
Tsarhopoulos, Integrative Nutrition and Lifestyle
Coach
Elenie
Tsarhopoulos, Ed.M is founder and president of New
England Health Coach, LLC. Elenie is certified as
a health education specialist (CHES), a holistic health
counselor (CHHC), a Wellness coach, a Reiki practitioner,
and is a certified K-12 health and wellness teacher
in the state of Massachusetts. Elenie is a graduate
of Boston University with undergraduate and graduate
degrees in education and concentrations in psychology,
counseling, health, nutrition, and exercise science.
As
a knowledgeable and engaging educator, speaker, and
coach, Elenie strives to be a dynamic agent of health
change and is passionate about helping others gain
a greater sense of awareness about the power we each
have to create a higher quality of life. Her mission
is to assist as many as possible to live their BEST
HEALTH EVER!
